Strengthening care, connection & legacy

A faith-based model helping churches walk with individuals and families through every season of life.

A faith-based response to today’s needs

Across the country, churches are navigating rising wellness needs, aging parishioners, social isolation, and fragmented support systems. Clergy and ministry leaders carry increasing pastoral demands, and many congregations struggle to stay connected over time.

The Pastoral Foundation strengthens a church’s ability to offer steady, relational, nonclinical support without adding staff, administrative burden, or replacing pastoral leadership.

The model

We embed three partner-funded roles into church life, guided by clear, ethical, pastorally aligned workflows.

  • Early issue identification
  • Care navigation

Supported through our partnership with Companion Health, a leader in community-based wellness and care coordination.

Care & Connection Associate

  • Relational presence

Legacy Associate

  • Life reflection

All engagement is voluntary, nonclinical, and grounded in the mission of the church.

A trusted structure that protects church life

The Foundation maintains pastoral guardrails that allow churches to receive support without assuming cost, liability, HR responsibilities, or compliance burdens.

No cost or liability

Embedded staff remain employees of partner organizations, so the church takes on no payroll, HR, or compliance obligations.

Clergy retain full authority

Worship, ministry, and pastoral decisions stay with the church’s own clergy and leadership.

Governance and ethical guardrails

The Foundation provides governance, oversight, and ethical guidance for every role it supports.

This structure expands capacity while keeping the church’s identity, autonomy, and pastoral leadership fully intact.

Mission true. Church first.

  • Pastoral integrity
  • Participant choice
  • Elder protection
  • Strict data privacy
  • Safe-church compliance
  • Non-commercialization of care

Everything we do strengthens the church’s ability to accompany parishioners with dignity, faith, and connection.

Built for faith communities

The Foundation is designed for thoughtful expansion across regions and denominations, supporting churches seeking deeper connection, preventive care, and intergenerational continuity.

Initial partnerships are beginning in Texas, with future expansion guided by readiness and invitation.
